TEAMLOG is Expanding its Partnership with SAS


TEAMLOG announces the signing of a partnership agreement with SAS, the leader in business intelligence. Under this agreement, TEAMLOG will join the SAS Alliance network in France as a Silver partner, a status the company has already enjoyed on the Canadian market, where the two firms have been collaborating since 1993.

SAS offers a comprehensive line of business intelligence software to ensure that decision-makers have the knowledge they need to make their choices more effectively, using solutions tailored to their business's specific concerns. SAS has been hailed as the leader in the business intelligence market by IDC and other analysts (in studies assessing the market both in France and worldwide).

TEAMLOG currently has nearly 40 SAS consultants thanks to its acquisition in 2000 of the Franco-Canadian firm Consultem, which includes a significant business intelligence skill center. Today, the TEAMLOG group makes significant use of SAS solutions in the following fields:

  • The pharmaceutical industry, where TEAMLOG boasts substantial pertinent expertise in both North America and Western Europe. Various projects have been undertaken, particularly in the area of clinical research, for some of the sector's largest firms, including Pfizer, Sanofi-Aventis, Merck, Novartis, Abbott, Bristol Myers Squibb and Servier.
  • Services, including activities in the fields of financial reporting, performance management, risk management and analytical CRM. TEAMLOG's clients in this area have included Société Générale, AGF, Barclays Bank, ACNielsen, France's General Tax Directorate (DGI) and Canada's Department of National Defense.

  • Client support during the migration to SAS® 9, the new generation of integrated business intelligence platforms.
  • Deployment of new SAS solutions, specifically in the public sector and the banking/insurance industry (operations and risk management), in coordination with various entities within the TEAMLOG group, in particular the consulting firm OTIA.
