With our Integrated Team approach, which complements our technical assistance and systems integration offerings,
Consultem assumes the following responsibilities either immediately or over time on the client's behalf:
- All technical assistance contracts related to a project, in order to exploit Consultem's methodological and/or managerial skills
(the development of quality metrics, 24/7 management, multi-site management and off-site outsourcing).
- Project management.
- Management of human and technological resources.
Consultem manages the team in its entirety in order to meet the objectives defined by the client.
To do so, Consultem adopts the client's objectives and concerns as its own, proposing an approach wherein service cost is no longer tied to the number of team members
and invoicing is no longer tied to production. Instead, Consultem invoices the client on the basis of the service rendered. In this way, the client's objectives relating to its own clients,
its management and so on become Consultem's objectives as well.
