To facilitate the orientation process, Consultem has developed a program that helps new employees to:

  • Gain a fuller understanding of Consultem's culture and values.
  • Create synergies with other consultants, via a presentation of our teams and the company's organizational structure, for example.
  • Become familiar with the company's operating methods and day-to-day routines (contact people, administrative procedures and so on).

The company periodically organizes get-togethers for team members where they can exchange information and capitalize on their experiences as a way of strengthening the group's internal cohesiveness.

Interested consultants can take an active part in Consultem's operations and growth in a number of ways:

  • Selection and referral of candidates.
  • Participation in the recruiting process.
  • Participation in forums organized with our partners.
  • Efforts to pool knowledge among consultants.
