The quality of our consultants is a key factor in our success. Our recruiting therefore relies on a rigorous selection process. In order to find the most qualified consultants, Consultem participates in various employment-related events (exhibitions, forums and so on) and maintains a presence at the primary recruiting websites. Interested applicants can also consult our list of current openings and submit applications directly via the "Career Opportunities" section. We assess each application with careful attention to the needs of the company and its clients. At the outset of the hiring process, our human resources department conducts an initial interview with candidates followed by a technical evaluation. Candidates are then interviewed by an account director and finally by members of our executive management team to confirm our mutual commitment. The purpose of these interviews is to assess the candidate's motivation and personality (including mindset, energy level and responsiveness) and to evaluate his or her technical and functional skills. |
